Center, located across from Canegata Ball Park in Gallows Bay. Project
consists of both new construction and renovations to an existing
structure.
Completed project
will provide for 12 -16 new tenant spaces in a high traffic area (shopping,
banking, postal, professional services, restaurants, retail and wholesale)
within Gallows Bay, Christiansted, St. Croix.

Building Info:
Combination building structure
utilizing a metal building reinforced masonry and concrete. Tenant demising
walls vary, new walls are metal stud, and existing renovated areas have masonry
walls. All exterior walls are reinforced masonry. Slabs are concrete on grade
and suspended Slab on columns, with upper floor a slab over metal deck. |

is providing Construction Management services to the Lender –
Banco Popular. Project Cost $1.25Million. |
