Six New Homes built in one of 2
moderate cost, floor plan designs, of 1500 SF. One plan having an A & B
option, and all placed differently on six existing plots created in 1990’s
by VIHFA.
A Solar Model Home displaying two
working solar systems, was the first of 6 to be built at this appealing location
on Seven Flags Road, with Buck Island views. One solar system for water heating
and the other for power to 7 of the homes power circuits, powering up the
complete kitchen, cistern water pump, security and entry lighting and security
alarm system.

Building Info:
Combination building structures
utilizing poured, reinforced concrete exterior walls, and metal stud interior
walls, interiors have both plastered concrete and metal studs with drywall.

Government Agency – from; RFP development, through construction of units, to;
punch-out and the one year warranty period. Project Cost for 6 New Homes, $1.35
