Project Summary:
20 New Home “Plots” created
from the surrounding property around VITEMA” Headquarters, (old Tennis
Club property - across from Questa-Verde Condo’s).
Project consists of; Creating a new
entry roadway at intersection with existing Estate road. Subdivision roadway for
20 plots, with adjacent common areas. Subdivision complies with 100 ‘Storm’
drainage designs and was one of first projects to require Storm Water Run-off
Permitting under new DPNR regulations. |
Building Info:
These plots will be sold under VIHFA
programs, and therefore individual homes will be constructed, essentially as
custom homes. |
rbc Services
is providing full Construction Management services to the VI
Government Agency – from; RFP development, through construction phases of this
site development project. Project Cost to create 20 plots for sale, with
roadways to Public Works standards $485 Thousand. |
