Project Summary:
Homes are constructed with an
Affordable Housing Developer Agreements with VIHFA and sold to first time
home buyers for the minimum appraised value, or subsidized and sold for
less.
Christiansted (6) and Frederiksted
(10) Townhouses. These are both In-fill property developments, within two
“Historic” towns. Small existing in-town Parcels were combined and then
re-divided to create townhouse plots. Plots were re-zoned to create the
townhouse properties.

Building Info:
Combination building structure
utilizing poured, reinforced concrete exterior walls, and metal stud interior
walls, for first floor spaces, and wooden structural for second floor spaces.
Interiors have both plastered concrete and metal studs with drywall. Units are
up & down, with interior staircases. Common walls separate units, in this Duplex
style housing development.
