Project Summary:
New Island Home for off-island residents at the exclusive site at
the newly created “Botany Bay
Subdivision”. One of the first homes being built
in this North Shore section of the subdivision, facing outer-islands, and
down-island to the BVI.
Parcel is approx. 3 acres, steep and sloping to sea below. One
large rock in the way has caused over $80,000 in extra costs on this project.
Guest Cottage and Main House structures, plus garage, pool, pool
pavilion, and garden areas. Design includes multi-levels of outdoor living
spaces. |
Building Info:
Combination building structure utilizing poured, reinforced
concrete walls, in some cases 10-12" thick and dbl reinforced. A nearly 20 ft
tall retaining wall is at the lower side of the site.
Both concrete and framed interior walls, interiors have both
plastered concrete and stud walls with plastered concrete board. |
