Project Summary:

174 new homes built to be built this first phase is 85 homes and infrastructure for all 174 homes planned in this section of site.

Innovative Infrastructure Development, and Housing sets this project apart from your typical home development here in VI. Utilizing “Green” building techniques and components.

Subdivision will have all underground power, potable water and self contained waste water treatment systems. Roadways will be concrete in this and rocky steep site. Faces St. John with majority of units having views of Sea and St. John.

Building Info:

Combination building structure utilizing poured, reinforced concrete footings and columns, or slabs on grade. Insulated Panel walls, floors and roof with concrete slabs and gunite cement utilized in each case.

All walls are insulated panels, gunite sprayed both sides, essentially creating a typical plastered wall finish, from 4500p PSI gunite.

is providing Construction Management services to the Lender – Merchants Commercial Bank. Project Cost $20.15Million.
